1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cendekia website at cendekias.live and the advisory services provided by Cendekia ("we", "us", "our"), a business advisory practice operating from Jalan Universiti 8, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or proceed with an engagement.

2. Website Use

Our website is provided for general information about our practice and services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable Malaysian law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam through any form on the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its server, or associated systems.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content on the website without our written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at our discretion and without notice.

3. Our Services

Cendekia offers three advisory engagements for business clients:

• Study Review — a structured first engagement covering sales, costs, and routines, with a written overview and suggestions. Two sessions over three weeks. Fee: RM 640.
• Considered Planning — a planning engagement reviewing capacity, cost, and realistic directions, with a written plan and follow-up check-in. Four sessions over six weeks. Fee: RM 1,120.
• Advanced Advisory Partnership — an extended advisory relationship for developed organisations, including a full review, monthly sessions over a quarter, and a closing summary. Fee: RM 1,400.

Service descriptions on our website are for reference. The scope, schedule, and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change; the fee applicable to your engagement is the one confirmed in your engagement letter.

4. Engagement Terms

When you engage our services, a separate engagement letter or service agreement will be issued. That document will set out the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and payment terms for your engagement. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the engagement letter, the engagement letter takes precedence.

Our advisory work represents our considered professional view based on the information you provide. It does not constitute legal, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice. We encourage you to seek specialist professional advice where those areas are directly implicated by your situation.

5. Payment

Payment terms for each engagement are set out in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are due in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• An initial payment is required before the engagement commences, with any balance due as specified in the engagement letter.
• We reserve the right to pause or conclude work if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.

Receipts and invoices are issued by email. We do not collect payment through this website.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations and fee refund arrangements are governed by the terms in your engagement letter.

If you wish to end an engagement before its scheduled conclusion, please contact us in writing. We will confirm the position on deliverables and fees completed to that point.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all business and financial information shared with us during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent, except where required by Malaysian law or a court order.

We ask that you likewise treat any frameworks, written materials, or advisory approaches we share with you as confidential and not redistribute them without our consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, and visual design — is owned by Cendekia or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for reference is permitted.

Written deliverables produced as part of an engagement (reports, plans, summaries) are prepared for your use. Ownership of those materials transfers to you upon full settlement of engagement fees, subject to any conditions in the engagement letter.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory services are provided with care and professional diligence. However, we do not accept liability for:

• Business decisions made by you or your organisation on the basis of our advice.
• Outcomes that depend on market conditions, third-party actions, or factors outside our knowledge or control.
• Loss of data, profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend the site for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses arising from website unavailability.
